Our Shipments are fulfilled by a Third party Logistics company where our supplements are safely and securely stored and dispatched. Our NZ orders are all overnight tracked deliveries. However Public Holidays, Weekends, Address and shipping delays may influence parcels date of arrival. If your parcel has taken awhile to update please consider the above causes before submitting an enquiry. If it is Lost or missing we will enquire to the whereabouts of the package with the help of our Third party agents and if unable to locate it we will send you a new package,
