Every Kywi order is packed and shipped by our Brisbane fulfilment partner via Australia Post. Orders placed before our daily cutoff go out the same day. The courier collects once a day, so anything after that (or over a weekend or public holiday) ships on the next business day. Once it's with Australia Post, delivery timeframes are in their hands, but problems are rare.

Parcel not turned up?

If your tracking's gone quiet or your order's seriously overdue, get in touch. We'll chase it up with Australia Post directly and send a replacement if it's genuinely gone missing. You won't be left out of pocket.
