To ensure you have enough time to feel the difference, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on eligible orders.
Because our products are ingestible food items, once they leave our premises we cannot accept returns for resale. This protects customer safety and ensures that all products supplied are new and uncompromised.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Two-Month Supply)
To be eligible for the 60-day guarantee:

you must purchase a two-month supply of KYWI Shilajit (two bottles)

if you purchase more than two bottles, only the first two bottles are covered

single-bottle orders are not eligible, as they do not provide a full two-month trial period

the guarantee applies to your first qualifying order only

repeated or serial refund behaviour may void eligibility
If, after consistent use for up to 60 days, you feel the product hasn’t met expectations, we will refund the value of the eligible bottles — no return required.

Our products are classified as food/ingestible supplements.
For safety reasons:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives:

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to complete the posting of funds.

Shipping Delays
Orders are dispatched from our New Zealand fulfilment centre via trusted carrier partners. Delivery timeframes may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including:
